Energy projects are usually bought in pieces. One party writes a report, another builds the system and a third maintains it. Each is paid to finish its own part, and nobody is paid to check that the business case came true.
EnergyPlus exists to close that gap. We stay with the decision from the first electricity bill to the later years of the asset’s life, and we answer to your business case rather than to a product.
